Victoria Huisa is Senior Events and Communications consultant at Ecorys, leading the events team for the end-to-end organisation and delivery of EU institutional events. With more than 10 years of experience in international event management, specialising in the European institutional sector, Victoria oversees the full event lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, and have led numerous high‑profile projects for the European Commission. Her work includes coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing complex logistics, and ensuring the design of innovative, engaging, and environmentally responsible event formats that deliver meaningful impact while remaining cost‑efficient
