Ecorys delivered social media and digital advertising campaigns to close information gaps around the Framework for Action on Road Transport. Activities included organic and paid campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, alongside Google Search PPC and Waze in-app advertising.

We also provided ongoing community management, monitoring, and reporting, and managed ad-hoc campaigns to promote ELA’s work, initiatives, and events.

Highlights

Multi-channel communications campaigns

We developed, implemented, monitored and evaluated pan-EU campaigns to address information gaps around the Framework for Action on Road Transport, using visual assets provided by the client.)

Activities included promoting content via ELA’s channels in English, alongside paid ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

We utilised campaign videos, a dedicated website, and the hashtag #Road2FairTransport to effectively target drivers and operators.

Digital advertising campaigns and media-buying

We delivered social media advertising campaigns across EU-27 on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube in 12 EU languages.

Main campaign video

We delivered an in-app advertising campaign via Waze (road transport navigation application) 
in 11 EU countries, translated in native languages.

We delivered Pay-Per-Click advertising campaign via Google Search, targeting four EU countries in native languages.

We delivered 15 additional pan-EU social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter / X, LinkedIn and Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display Ads) promoting ELA’s projects initiatives and events.

Social media content and community management

We provided social media monitoring, reporting, and community management, including comment moderation. We also tracked engagement via usage of the #Road2FairTransport hashtag.
